🐾 Pet Insurance App — UX Case Study
Redefining how pet owners connect with insurance through empathy and simplicity
This self-initiated case study simulates a real-world challenge: redesigning the experience of purchasing pet insurance to better match the needs of modern, mobile-first users. The goal was to improve clarity, trust, and emotional connection throughout the flow.

UX Researcher & UX/UI Designer — responsible for the entire end-to-end process including research, benchmarking, information architecture, wireframing, and UI design.
Challenge
Traditional insurance platforms often feel cold and bureaucratic, leading to frustration—especially for digital-native users. The challenge was to create an intuitive, emotionally engaging mobile experience that simplifies decision-making and builds trust.
