UX Researcher & UX Designer (Lead Conceptual Project)
Vehicle Display Project – CUPRA (2024 models)
As a UX Researcher and Lead Conceptual Project UX Designer, I focus on uncovering user needs and behaviors to shape intuitive, impactful in-vehicle experiences for CUPRA's latest 2024 models. My research-driven approach ensures that design decisions are grounded in evidence and aligned with both user expectations and business goals.
In this role, I lead the definition and prioritization of key research questions, driven by a deep understanding of the vehicle display ecosystem, user context, and project strategy. I collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the backlog is informed by real user data and insights.
My core responsibilities involve planning and conducting user research from early discovery to validation phases leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods such as user interviews, usability testing, competitor benchmarking, and behavioral data analysis. These insights inform product direction and directly influence design iterations.
I translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support decision-making across teams. I also facilitate ideation and co-creation sessions, ensuring user needs are embedded throughout the design process. My deliverables from insight reports to stakeholder presentations are crafted to drive clarity, alignment, and measurable product improvements.
By bridging user insight with technical feasibility and market understanding, I help CUPRA deliver display experiences that are both innovative and user-centered.
